What makes nerve massage extraordinary

In case you haven't tried nerve massage yet, it's extraordinary. This is restorative, deep-tissue massage that can help you to get rid of long term pain, lack of mobility, reduce stress, muscle cramps, and even some other symptoms.
Just to make things clear, I won't say that this is a cure-all therapy that will magically help you age backwards up to 40 years and makes you young and flexible again. But one thing I can say, so far, as I've been working clients, I've heard incredible testimonies.
It helped to eliminate or decrease shaky hands, get rid of chronic pain or at least decrease it, give back mobility to people, who have been laying in bed for months, fix digestion, gain muscle, and the list goes on.
When my friend told me about the amazing testimonies, as a pharmacist, I didn't want to believe her. Then, one day, she asked me if I wanted to learn it. I had been wanting to learn some type of massage for years and I said yes without hesitation.
It took a long time and lots of massage sessions to finally feel the things I needed to feel and learn where to look for the problem. Unfortunately, this massage is not taught in schools, however, it should be. It has changed my life for sure and many other people's lives as well.
Why do we massage the nerves?
Most of other kinds of massages are focused on the muscles. We massage the nerves. The nerves bring signals from the brain and they are the ones, which actually let your muscles know that they need to move. They play the biggest role in pain transmission as well.
Very often, if there's a chronic problem in the body, the nerves have already been problematic. There are a few things that can happen to your nerves: they can go thick, get knotty, tense, or they can stick to the bones. When something happens to your body, for example, injuries, over-exhaustion, inflammation, the nerves can get sick as well. Most often, they won't heal by themselves. They need special care, and this is what we do.
Getting a nerve massage can be fairly painful but it's really effective. I have clients, who can't live without this massage on a long run. Depending on your problem, it can take 2-6 session to see long term results. On the other hand, if your workplace is a constant hazard for your nerves, you may need a weekly care.
For example, as I was working in a hotel, we had a walk-in fridge and we needed to go in many times a day, we got sweaty and once, this caused me a crazy bad inflammation. My lower back was so painful that I could barely walk for days. If you constantly get cold or have a job that requires a lot of sitting, these will make your problem reoccur more often.
One session is 1.5 hours long. We usually start with your feet and then go to the problematic areas. We need this much time to work through the areas because the nerves lay very deep in the tissue.
