What to pay attention to before getting a nerve massage

Nerve massage can be painful, so if you have low pain tolerance, I recommend you take a pain killer or if you prefer natural ways, like I do, check out my turmeric latte recipe here.
Taking turmeric in advance can be very beneficial because it's not only a mild painkiller but it can also reduce inflammation and helps the nerves to heal faster.
If you haven't read the previous article about what makes nerve massage extraordinary, make sure to check it out here.
If your body is super tense, you can take a hot bath with Epsom salt, which will make the massage more effective and improve your results as well.
If you are dealing with high levels of stress, taking adaptogens like ashwagandha, reishi, Rhodiola, astragalus in a regular basis, or at least before and after the session will also improve your recovery. In serious cases, taking valerian drops will help you and your nerves to relax.
