Coconut curry

Perfect dinner idea.

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 cup green beans

1/2 cup of water

2 tbsp coconut flour/ coconut flakes

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp curry

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 inch of ginger, grated 1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp chili (optional)

Put all the ingredients into a pot and cook the veggies until they're soft.

We use specific AMC dishes, so I don't know the cooking time in regular ones...

I wanted to put in garlic and onions, too but I forget it.

I put raw garlic on it, when it was ready.

Serve with rice.

I added coated cauliflower as well.
