Hormone balancing probiotic smoothie


Yummy, healthy, plus it's great for your hormonal balance...as well as your gut flora! is it possible? YES! From now on, I'd like to post more recipes related to healing certain areas: - Hormonal balance

I've just made this smoothie. It tasted out of this world. I'm gonna be honest, I have a massive sweet tooth...as most of the people on this planet.

I don't belive in restrictions. Health can't be boring, eating grass only, trying to make it as monotone as possible...It has to be yummy, healing, fun, eating the things you enjoy every single day. So, let's not talk too much, here's the recipe. It can be the Holy Grail of hormonal balance.

4 ripe bananas

1 cup of oat yogurt (or other plant-based yougurt, it is great because it contains prebiotics)

1 tbsp of coconut milk powder

1 tsp of maca powder

vanilla

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add some more water if you want it thinner.
