Recipes for the 3-day liver cleanse





Turmeric smoothie

Ingredients:

3-4 bananas

0.5 l water

1 tsp of turmeric

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of salt

Vanilla


Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth!


Spirulina smoothie

Ingredients:

3-4 bananas

0.5 l water

1/2 cup of oats

1 tsp spirulina powder

Pinch of salt

Vanilla


Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth!


Grapefruit green smoothie

Ingredients:

2 grapefruits

0.5 l water

handful of spinach

1/4 avocado

1/2 cup coconut milk


Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth!


Broccoli cream soup


2 cups of broccoli

1 onion

1 potato

Salt

Water

Nutritional yeast


Put the broccoli in a blender with a little bit of water and blend it.

Let it sit for at least 40 minutes (to have the amazing benefits of sulforaphane)

After 40 minuets, add the chopped potato and onion in the blender and blend until smooth.

Put the mixture in a pan, add some salt, and cook it for 15-20 minutes.

When it’s ready add a tbsp of nutritional yeast to your bowl and some soup.

Mix it well.

Serve it with toast!

Coconut curry


1 cup of chickpeas

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 carrots

2 potatoes

Salt

2 tsp curry powder

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp soy sauce

Few cilantro leaves

1/2 cup of tomato sauce

Water

Dice the onion and the garlic and sautée them.

Add the chickpeas, chopped carrots, potatoes, curry powder, soy sauce, and tomato sauce.

Cook it for 5 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Add some extra water if it’s needed.

Serve with rice!

Black radish salad


1/2 cup of black radish

1/2 cup of spinach

1/2 cup of chopped celery

1/2 lemon's juice


Mix all the ingredients.


Enjoy!


Liver cleansing apple bites


Ingredients:

1 green apple

1/4 cup of grated beetroot, raw

1/4 cup of grated Spanish black radish, raw

Some ground Milk thistle seeds

Cut the apple into thin slices.

Mix the beets and the radish in a bowl, then but some of the mixture of the apple slices.

Sprinkle some milk thistle powder on top.

Enjoy! :)



Black beet salad


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of beetroot, raw, grated

1/2 cup of Spanish blakc radish, raw, grated

2 clementines

Mix everything together and you have a great salad to detox your liver.

Beet burger


1 medium beetroot

1 medium potato

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

4 tbsp flaxmeal

1/3 cup oat flour

1 tbsp liquid smoke

1 tsp salt

Pepper


Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix them evenly.

Preheat your oven to 180 C degrees.

Form the mixture into burger shapes. Cook them on 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
