Liver Cleansing Apple Bites

Hi, Welcome to the 7-day liver cleansing challenge! I'm gonna share recipes that are easy, simple, and focused on liver cleanse.

Your liver is VERY important from multiple aspects. For hormonal balance, protein synthesis, detoxification, and many others.

If your liver is clogged, which doesn't mean that it is pathologically diseased, just doesn't reach the max potential. You will have hard times losing weight, having clear skin, and an overall healthy body.

Supporting my liver functions helped me to feel more energetic, have a clearer skin, to balance my hormones easier.

I hope you'll enjoy this challenge and the end of the week, you'll feel more energized and comfortable in your skin than ever.

During this cleanse, I'd recommend you to eat at least 4 tablespoons of this salad daily.

Don't worry if you feel a mild pain in your liver, that's normal.

If you take some medicines consult with your doctor and please let me know as well. ;)

Improving liver function can lead to metabolic changes in some cases when you take certain drugs.

The first recipe is these liver cleansing apple bites.

Ingredients:

1 green apple

1/4 cup of grated beetroot, raw

1/4 cup of grated Spanish black radish, raw

Some ground Milk thistle seeds

Cut the apple into thin slices.

Mix the beets and the radish in a bowl, then but some of the mixture of the apple slices.

Sprinkle some milk thistle powder on top.
