The Most Epic Vegan Carbonara Recipe


One of the BEST vegan carbonara recipes I've ever tried. It's a perfect combination of coconut cream, garlic, and beet bacon.

In case you are a pasta lover make sure to try this mind-blowing and super simple dish.

Here's the recipe:

Besamel sauce:

100 ml of coconut cream

1/4-1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of salt

liquid smoke to taste

Mix all the ingredients. This can't be easier! :D

Beet bacon:

thin beetroot slices

soy sauce

liquid smoke

Place the slices into a pan, Pour some soy sauce on them, then add the liquid smoke.

Dehydrate at 100-150 C degrees for 15-30 minutes. It's ready when it's crispy but don't let them burn.

Mix the besamel sauce with spaghetti, top it with some beet bacon.
