Cashew - sour cream and spring onion


A healthy and fun alternative to sour cream + spring onion. You definitely NEED to try this.




150g salted and roasted cashews

10 spring onions

5 cloves of garlic

1 cup yogurt (preferably plant-based)

salt to taste (if your cashews are already salted maybe you don't need any)


Soak the cashews for at least an hour or overnight. If you have a high speed blender, soaking is still advised but not necessary.

Chop the spring onions

Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

You will really need a high speed blender for this one.
