  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the crust. In a high-speed blender, combine 1/2 cup oats, soaked dates, and 1/2-1 cup of the date water. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough-like consistency.

  2. Take a medium-sized pan and sprinkle some of the leftover oats on the bottom to prevent sticking.

  3. Scoop the prepared dough onto the oats in the pan, pressing it down to form an even layer.

  4. Pour the remaining oats on top of the dough to create a protective layer.

  5. Now, let's work on the creamy filling. In the blender, combine soaked cashews, honey, vanilla extract, and coconut cream. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  6. Pour one-third of the cream mixture onto the crust in the pan.

  7. Place the pan in the freezer and let the cake set for an hour.

  8. Take out the remaining cream mixture and divide it in half. In one part, mix in one scoop of chocolate protein powder until well combined.

  9. Retrieve the cake from the freezer and pour the chocolate layer onto the white cream layer.

  10. Return the cake to the freezer and let it set for another hour.

  11. In the blender, combine the remaining cream mixture with 1 cup of frozen berries. Blend until well incorporated.

  12. Remove the cake from the freezer and pour the berry mixture on top of the chocolate layer.

  13. Place the cake back in the freezer and let it set for a few hours until firm.

  14. Once the cake is ready, take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes to soften slightly.
