Chickpea scramble


I made this for dinner and it tasted great!

1 cup of chickpea flour

1.5 cup of water

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp Kala Namak - Black Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp salt

3 green onions

50 g smoked tofu, grated

2 tsp of apple cider vinegar (optional)

Baking powder (optional)

Chop the green onions and put everything into a bowl and mix the ingredients together.

Cook all the ingredients in a pot.

When everything is soft, put the mass into a pan, you can grease it with some coconut before that, and cook until it has a scramble like texture.
