Chickpea burger

Let me share with you our favorite burger recipe. It tastes beyond incredible, vegan, gluten free...Do you need anything else?

Here are the ingredients:

250 g dry chickpeas - soak the overnight and cook them, or you can buy it canned.

150 g ground sunflower seeds

2 onions

2 cups of oat flour (you can grind oatmeal)

4 cloves of garlic

1.5 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp ground sesame seeds

2 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp ground cumin seeds

Mash the chickpeas in a huge bowl.

Put the oat flour, garlic, and salt into a food processor and process it until you get an even texture.

Put the garlic mixture into a pot and pour at least 1 cup of chickpea broth on it. Cook it until it thickens.

Mix the chickpeas, the cooked garlic mixture, and all the other ingredients together evenly and make burgers.

Coat them with oat flour, gluten-free breadcrumbs, or regular breadcrumbs and bake them for about an hour on 150 Celsius/ 302 F.
