Banana, Spirulina, Chia, Superfoods in a Glass


Full of nutrients and flavors.

Incredibly yummy, it's one of the best cakes or desserts or sweets I've ever eaten.

1st layer: corn flakes

2nd layer - chocolate cereal

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

3 handfuls of corn flakes

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

8 dates

Using this much of the ingredients you'll get way more chocolate cereal than you need.

Put everything in a food processor and make an even mixture.

3rd layer - chia coffee pudding

Ingredients:

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp chicory coffee

1/3 cup of water

vanilla

sweetener (I used about 1.5-2 tsp of vanilla sugar)

Mix the dry ingredients, then add the water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

4th layer - banana

Blend a big banana or 2 small ones, in a blender or with a stick blender.

Use half of it for this layer.

5th layer - spirulina banana smoothie

Add a quater teaspoons of spirulina to the rest of the banana smoothie and put it on the top.

Enjoy!

Try to scoop from all of the layers when you eat it. Mind blowing.
