Low Fat, No Oil Apple Pie

Hey, everyone!

Here's my new recipe, which tastes just as good as my mother's, in addition, it's healthier than ever.

Everybody loves apple pie. I've been searching for a no oil alternative for the beloved pie crust without success.

Then I decided to make up a new recipe and it is bombastic!

Give it a try!

The crust was very soft, so don't be afraid to add as much flour as you need.

When I was flattening it, I continuously added more flour to prevent stickiness.

My crust was about 3-4 millimeters thick.

Bake in the oven on 150 Celsius for 15 minutes.

Let it cool down a little bit, then add the filling.

Add some jam on top.

Put on the rest of the pie crust on the top. Feel free to release your creativity.

Bake it for 20-30 minutes on 150 Celsius degrees.

Enjoy!

Pie Crust:

1.5 cups of oatmeal cooked in 1.5 cups or water 0.5 cup of oat flour 4-5 tbsp ground flaxseed 2 tsp of cinnamon 0.5-1 cup all purpose flour 12 stevia tablets - 2 tablets equal 1 tsp of sugar

Dissolve 12 stevia tablets in 1-2 tbsp hot water.

Make the crust by mixing the necessary ingredients together.

Flatten it by using lots of flour and a perch.

Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes.

Dissolve 12 stevia tablets in 1-2 tbsp hot water.
