Greetings from Switzerland!

Hey, Guys!

First, if you're in Switzerland in the Geneva area, LET ME KNOW!

It'd be fun to meet other people with the similar mindset.

This was my lunch today.

Organic spaghetti

Tomato celery pesto

Flageolet beans

Kale

Baby Leaf Salad

I want to emphasize that eat your greens, guys!

Kale is particularly beneficial because it contains various vitamins and minerals.

It's also high in protein.

Every green leafy vegetable is an abundant source of chlorophyll, which is a powerful detoxifying agent.

Chlorophyll has the same molecular structure as hemoglobin, the only difference is that chlorophyll contains magnesium while hemoglobin has an iron molecule in the middle.

If you drink juices of green leafy vegetables, it can act like some kind of blood transfusion.

Flageolets are a great vitamin B9 and potassium source, as well as other vitamins, minerals, fiber, and plant protein.

Kale is packed with vitamin A, C, B6, Magnesium, Calcium, Copper, Potassium.

It has antioxidants like quercetin and kaempferol.

Lowers cholesterol, protects your from cancer, it's an abundant source of lutein and zeaxanthin, which keep your eyes healthy.
