Mushroom bean soup
My new experimental recipe.
150 g red beans
1 stalk of celery
250 g mushrooms
1 medium onions
3 carrots
jalapenos
5 green olives
veggie mix
salt
Cut the onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery.
Sauté the onions on some water.
Add the sliced beans, mushrooms, carrots, celery, jalapenos, olives.
Add 2-3 liters of water.
Cook until the beans soften.
Enjoy!
