Chocolate milk rolled barley with wheat sprouts


Amazingly healthy and yummy.

Sprouted wheat has myriads of benefits for your body. It will not only make it more digestible but it will increase its vitamin content. It can give you an energy boost, help you to get rid of joint pain, plus, it will provide a balanced nutrition.

Here's the recipe:

Chocolate milk (rice and/or coconut)

Rolled barley

Wheat sprouts

You can sprout wheat by washing it and let the wet grains sit in a cold environment for a few days. Wash and water it daily, for the watering pour some water on your grains and leave it like that for 30 minutes, then pour out the water. You can consume it after 36-48 hours or wait longer like I did...
