Acacia Flower Infused Chocolate and Caramel Latte

Hey, guys!
It’s all started with the decoration...I realized that finally, I had tons of flowers to improve my photos...we have copious acacia trees in our garden… Then, thanks to God, I realized that the flowers were edible...so I decided to make an infusion and create acacia infused coffee...and it turned out super amazing…

I infused 2 cups of fresh flowers in 1l of hot water.
Then I made oatmilk. I made it thicker. I used the acacia infusion to make it.
100g of oatmeal, soaked at least for an hour, then rinsed 500 ml infused water 4 dates A pinch of salt
I blended all the ingeridents.
Then I made chicory coffee.
1 tbsp in 100 ml of water.
Then I mixed:
¼ cup of oat milk,
¼ cup of acacia infusion,
1 tbsp of coffee,
1 tbsp of cacao powder.
1 tbsp of coconut milk powder,
4 dates.
Blended everything together. I could use even more liquid, maybe a bit more infused water.
I made another version with 1 tbsp of Raw Sport toffee fudge protein powder and the same ingredients...that probably contained ½ cup of acacia flower tea…
