Liver Cleansing 3B salad
3B: beets, bacon, and black radish. :D
Of course, it's a healthy bacon. It's made from coconut flake and it tastes great.
Ingredients:
Coconut bacon:
Coconut flakes
Soy sauce
Salt
Liquid smoke
I usually put a handful of coconut flakes, add as much soy sauce to make them all brown, spray it with liquid smoke, add some extra salt and let it soak for about an hour. It's better if it sits for a day.
If you want it more crunchy, you can put it in a dryer or in the over at 50 C degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Salsa:
1 cup of oat yogurt (recipe here -> https://www.drlillabessenyei.club/single-post/2018/11/07/Oat-Yogurt )
1/2 cup Spanish black radish, raw, grated
2-3 tbsp ground sesame seeds
4 olives
salt
garlic seasoning (I had a specific seasoning at home: it contains garlic, ginger, cumin, onions) - you can add 1-2 cloves of gralic, 1 inch ginger, salt, 1-2 tbsp of onion, some cumin seeds.
But all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Salad:
1/2 cup beets, raw, grated
1/2 cup Spanish black radish, raw, grated
Black radish salsa
Coconut bacon
Mix all the ingredients, and you have your salad. :)
