Liver Cleansing Crackers with Dipping Sauce
Amazingly yummy, it has been tested by my family.
It contains ingredients that support your liver function.
Crackers:
1 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup of ground sesame seeds
1/2-2/3 cup of oat yogurt (recipe here: https://www.drlillabessenyei.club/single-post/2018/11/07/Oat-Yogurt )
2 tbsp of coconut oil, melted
1-1.5 tsp of salt
4 cloves of garlic
0.5 inch of ginger
parsley powder
1 tsp of turmeric
pinch of black pepper
baking powder
You can put everything in a food prcessor and process it until smooth.
Oil a baking pan, I used 40v40 cm one.
Put the mixture in the pan, start to make it flatter with your hands.
You can pour some ground flaxseeds on top, use a rolling pan and spread it evenly to make it really thin.
Bake it on 150 C degrees for 30 minutes.
Dipping sauce:
1/2 cup Spanish black radish
1/2 cup of oat yogurt (recipe here -> https://www.drlillabessenyei.club/single-post/2018/11/07/Oat-Yogurt )
1/4 avocado
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
Serve with the crackers. Enjoy! :)
