Gluten-free, delicious garlic crackers






These were a success, actually, I've made these before the pizza crackers.

The recipe is simple, quick, and you only need a few ingredients.


Ingredients:


1 cup of ground flaxseeds

1/2 of cooked potatos

1/2 cup of water

1 tsp salt

4-6 cloves of garlic

1 green onions


Chop the garlic and the onion and put it in a food processor.

Add the flaxseed flour and the salt and process it until it's an even mix with no big chunks of onion or garlic.

Put the mix into a bowl, add the potatoes, mix it well.

Add the water and mix everything well.

Mix everything evenly then let it sit for 10 minutes.

Oil a baking pan with about 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Put the dough in the pan and flatten it to be about 2mm thick.

Cut into shapes.

Cook on 175°C for about 20 minutes.
