Pina colada smoothie for better digestion
Since I've tried virgin Pina colada in 2015 New Year's Eve, I have been in love. Pina colada is the perfect mix of coconut and pineapple. I just can't get enough of it. Pineapples have many benefits, one of them is that they contain an enzyme called bromelain, which improves digestion.
This recipe is super quick and insanely delicious. Have I told you that it's good for you? You bet it is.
Ingredients:
3-4 bananas
2 cups l of water
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of coconut cream
vanilla
pinch of salt
Put everything in a blender and blend them well.
