Super Simple Broccoli Cream Soup






In case you didn't know, the humble broccoli soup can hold immense health benefits.

This recipe is particularly great because it not only contains broccoli but probiotics and prebiotics as well.


Here's the recipe:


1 cup of broccoli

1/2 - 1 cup of oat yogurt (you can find the recipe for that here: https://www.drlillabessenyei.club/post/2018/11/07/oat-yogurt )

Salt

Ground mustard seeds

Mustard


Cook the broccoli with some salt.


When it cooled down a little bit, add the yogurt and mix it with a stick blender until smooth.


Mix 1 tbsp of mustard with 1 tbsp of yogurt and use it instead of sour cream.

Sprinkle some ground mustard seeds on top (this is important because they contain an enzyme, which unlocks the most potential active ingredient of broccoli)
