From cancer prevention to fighting against depression, this herb has copious incredible benefits.
So what can you use it for?

Getting rid of unwanted body or facial hair
Painkiller

Helps fight arthritis
My experience with turmeric and things I use it for
As you can see, there are plenty of uses of turmeric. It’s definitely one of my favorite herbs.
Here are the things I’ve been using it for on a regular basis:
1. Painkiller
Whether it be menstrual cramps or headaches, turmeric is my first aid. Once, I successfully used it for toothache. If I have menstrual cramps, using turmeric makes me forget them. It’s amazing against mild headaches (which often happen during my period), it can be somewhat effective against migraines, too.
It’s also great to get rid of muscle soreness.
2. Prevents muscle sore
Did you know that athletes often use Aspirin before training to prevent muscle soreness after a hard workout? Well, due to its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is a great replacement for Aspirin. It’s even better because it doesn’t have negative effects on your digestion.
3. Anti-inflammatory
If you have inflammation in your body, muscle sore, acne, joint problems, etc. Turmeric is one of the BEST things you can use.
4. Memory and focus
It increases memory and focus. When I combine it with green tea, the effects are incredibly powerful. My brain is in the zone, I’m super focused and productive. It’s one of my favorite brain boosters.
5. Skin
If you have skin issues like acne, dark spots, hyperpigmentation, etc… a turmeric mask can be a life-saver.
6. Blood-thinning
Doctors like to prescribe Aspirin for elderly people, to prevent blood clotting. Turmeric does the same thing, just without the harmful side effects. Using Aspirin on a regular basis can cause stomach ulcers and digestive issues.
My favorite way to use turmeric - turmeric water:
200 ml water
1 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
Mix the turmeric with the water, add the black pepper. Drink it right away.
Black pepper contains an enzyme called pepperin, which increases curcumin’s (the main active ingredient of turmeric) bioavailability up to 1000%.
