Do you actually need a cleanse? Part 2 Colon






Have you ever suffered from gas, bloating, or IBS? Even if you haven't, colon cleanse is super important because most of us had lots of accumulated waste in the bowels.


This waste can not only cause the above-mentioned problems but it can actually PREVENT nutrients from absorption.

But how can you cleanse your colon?


Actually, it's not that difficult. You need 4 things: lighter food, fiber or something to push out the waste, absorbents, and increased mobility.


1. Fiber

Fiber mechanically pushes out the waste from the bowels. Flaxseeds, psyllium husk, chia seeds, or other material that can mechanically eliminate the unwanted stuff. Diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal, other kinds of clays can also be super beneficial.



2. Light food

It's important to take of some weight from the digestion as well. Smoothies with raw foods, salads, or if you find that too drastic eat vegan or vegetarian food.


3. Absorbents

When the toxins eliminate, they can cause nausea (this can be very important at liver cleanse), absorbents like Diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal, and other clays can neutralize them.


4. Increased mobility

It's also good to get rid of the toxins as soon as possible. You don't have to get a massive amount of laxatives, just drinking some Magnesium water or other mild and natural substances, which can increase bowel movements can be good.
