Hormone Balancing Cherry Oatmeal
This healthy breakfast contains maca, oats, and probiotics, which are all amazing to balance out your hormones, lose weight, and clear up your skin. :)
Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
1.5 cups of oat yogurt (recipe here: https://www.drlillabessenyei.club/single-post/2018/11/07/Oat-Yogurt )
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of blackstrap molasses
1 tsp of maca powder
vanilla
2 cups of cheery sauce
Mix the yogurt with the oats, add a pinch of salt. When they are evenly mixed add the rest of the ingredients. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
